**Overall Purpose of the Job**:
To deliver technical and market expertise in the designated product line whilst assisting with the introduction of new products and services within the area of responsibility.

Provide technical operational support to the relevant area of responsibility across Asia Pacific. Ensure job designs meet Client, Operational, Industry Regulatory, Expro QMS and HSEQ requirements.

**Key Activities and Accountabilities**:

- Provide a link between Operations, Business Development, Engineering, and product line technical groups.
- Provides product technical support to internal and external customers.
- Understands and can explain product line equipment processes and procedures
- Ensure that operational standards for the Product Line are effectively communicated and adhered to.
- May participate in tests, pilots, or trials of current or new products or equipment to assess suitability
- Provide technical input to contracts/tenders as required.
- Assists with introduction of new products and services based on first-hand knowledge of product line technology and customer needs.
- May be involved in developing product specific sales plans for area of responsibility.
- Contribute to performance and competency assessment of Product Line employees as required.
- May deputize for Product Line Manager in area of responsibility.

**Job Knowledge and Qualifications**:

- 8+ years technical experience in designated product line.
- Sound commercial knowledge and an understanding of financial principles.
- Strong Operations, HSEQ, Sales and/or Marketing experience.
- Fundamental understanding of well and completion design, petroleum engineering, well integrity and fluid mechanics.
- Advanced understanding of fluid pumping and well intervention, ideally Coiled Tubing intervention.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in technical planning with operational experience of Coiled Tubing jobs. Experience in wireline operations is also preferred.
- Experience and exposure on working with Cerberus Software is preferred.
