Account Admin Assistant

Handle daily accounting tasks such as data entry, invoicing, payments, and receipts
- Maintain and update accounting records and files
- Assist in monthly closing, account reconciliation, and basic financial reports
- Prepare payment vouchers, petty cash claims, and staff reimbursements
- Manage office administrative tasks including filing, document handling, and correspondence
- Assist with HR-related support (e.g. attendance, leave records, staff claims)
- Liaise with vendors, customers, and relevant departments
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company procedures
- Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor or management
**Requirements**:
- Minimum SPM / Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Basic accounting knowledge and familiarity with bookkeeping tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Good organization skills and attention to detail
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; relevant experience is an added advantage
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
