**Job Title: Car Service Advisor**

**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented Car Service Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring they receive top-quality service by accurately assessing their vehicle needs and managing the entire service process from start to finish.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Service**:

- Welcome customers warmly and professionally.
- Listen attentively to customer concerns and provide clear explanations of recommended repairs and maintenance.
- Keep customers informed with timely updates on service progress.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns effectively to enhance satisfaction.

**Vehicle Assessment & Diagnosis**:

- Conduct comprehensive vehicle inspections to identify service and repair needs.
- Utilize diagnostic tools to accurately determine vehicle issues.
- Provide detailed repair estimates and communicate them clearly to customers.

**Service Coordination**:

- Schedule service appointments efficiently to optimize workflow.
- Work closely with technicians to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
- Monitor ongoing service progress and proactively address any challenges.

**Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service history, and repair orders.
- Process invoices and payments accurately and efficiently.
- Generate service reports and necessary documentation as required.

**Sales & Upselling**:

- Recommend additional services, parts, accessories, and extended warranties where appropriate.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to enhance customer experience and company revenue.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to explain technical details in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Basic knowledge of automotive systems and repair procedures.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and computer systems.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
- Technical background or certification in automotive repair is an advantage.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a passion for customer service.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
