**Job Summary**:

- **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Team Supervision & Operations Management**:

- Oversee daily café operations and ensure smooth service flow
- Plan and manage staff schedules and shift rotations using Google Sheets or Excel
- Lead and support team members to meet service, quality, and efficiency goals
- Train and monitor baristas to ensure adherence to SOP and hygiene standards
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- **Quality Control**:

- Ensure consistent quality of all beverages and food items served
- Monitor compliance with SOP across all stations
- Provide guidance to improve workflow, speed, and overall service quality
- **Inventory & Reporting**:

- Monitor inventory levels and manage restocking of key items
- Maintain accurate daily and monthly stock records using Google Sheets or Excel
- Report low stock and submit required operational or performance reports
- **POS & Cash Handling**:

- Supervise POS system usage for both cash and electronic payments
- Ensure accuracy in billing, transactions, and end-of-day cash-out
- Assist with daily opening and closing procedures
- **Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on supervisory experience in a café or F&B environment
- Strong leadership, team coordination, and floor management skills
- Proficient in using Google Drive and Excel, especially for inventory and staff scheduling
- Able to communicate clearly and resolve issues calmly under pressure
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and café service operations is preferred
- Willing to work weekends and public holidays
- **Salary & Benefits**:

- Basic Salary: RM2,500 - RM2,800 (depending on experience)

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
