Radiographer

**Position Title: Radiographer**

**Location: Cyberjaya/USJ**

**Employment Type: Full-time**

**Salary: RM 2,500.00 - RM 3,500.00**

**Reporting to: Clinic In-Charge/Doctor In-Charge**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures, primarily X-rays, as prescribed by physicians.
- Ensure accurate patient positioning and optimal image quality during radiographic procedures.
- Follow radiation safety protocols to minimize exposure to patients, staff, and self.
- Evaluate and assess radiographs to ensure clarity and proper diagnostic quality before submission.
- Maintain accurate records of radiographic procedures and update patient files in the clinic’s management system.
- Regularly check and maintain radiographic equipment, ensuring proper functionality, and reporting any technical issues promptly.
- Adhere to infection control and hygiene standards in the imaging area.
- Assist in daily clinical operations, including patient registration, scheduling appointments, and managing patient flow.
- Support medical officers and nursing staff with basic clinical tasks such as taking vital signs, preparing examination rooms, and assisting during minor procedures.
- Manage patient records, ensuring accurate documentation and updating of patient information.
- Handle general administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and managing clinic supplies and inventory.
- Assist with billing and processing payments, including cash, credit/debit, and insurance panel submissions (if applicable).
- Provide patient education and guidance regarding the clinic’s services and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment, adhering to clinic protocols.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Radiography or Medical Imaging.
- Valid registration and licensure with the relevant health authority.
- Proficiency in operating X-ray equipment and producing diagnostic-quality images.
- Strong knowledge of radiation safety regulations and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced clinic environment.
- Experience in handling Fomema and EMGS is an advantage.
- Willingness to work in shifts and handle multiple patients efficiently.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
