Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise the daily operations of the plastic injection moulding production line,

ensuring that all products meet the required specifications and quality standards.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure that injection moulding machines

and equipment are in optimal condition and arrange for repairs when necessary.
- Develop and implement production schedules based on project requirements and

resource availability.
- Monitor and analyze production processes for improvements and efficiency

enhancements.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to integrate new products into the

production line and optimize existing processes.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
- Train and mentor production staff, providing guidance and feedback to improve

performance.
- Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished products to meet production

demands.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and participate in problem-solving

activities to address production issues.
- Prepare and present reports on production metrics, including efficiency, waste, and

downtime.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in plastic injection moulding production.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the plastic injection molding industry.
- Strong understanding of the automotive manufacturing process.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficient in production planning and quality control principles.
- Knowledge of health and safety standards and compliance requirements.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
