Hasbul Brothers is a Training & Consulting Company based in Cyberjaya, Selangor since 2011. This year, we want to guide over 5,000 entrepreneurs and we need you to help us stand out from the crowd.

Hence, we are looking for a highly energetic **internship student**. We need someone who has a high passion for learning, is highly creative, and is committed to achieving great results together.

**Here are the responsibilities**:

- Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
- Preparing meeting and training rooms.
- Assisting colleagues with administrative and data management tasks.
- Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide excellent customer service experience.
- Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.

**Desired skills & requirements**:

- **Interpersonal skills** to create a pleasant experience for all customers, such as being presentable and attentive.
- Verbal and written communication skills to interact clearly with customers, vendors, and other employees.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Time management skills to prioritize and complete a variety of tasks throughout the day.

Contract length: 3-6 months

**Salary**: RM700.00 per month
