**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and design technical training content, including e-learning modules, instructional videos, webinars, and written documentation.
- Utilize instructional design principles to create engaging and interactive learning experiences.
- Continuously evaluate and update training materials to reflect the latest technology trends and best practices.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify learning gaps and develop targeted training solutions.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops as needed.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven improvements.
- Stay current with advancements in technology and learning methodologies.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with master’s degree or relevant certification.
- Proven experience in creating technical training content.
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
- Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and multimedia editing software.
- Proficiency in film and still editing tools (e.g. Camtasia, Adobe Premier)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multinational team environment.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Passion for continuous learning and professional development.
