Personal Assistant
Reports to Director
Key areas of responsibility
- Manage all aspects of personal tasks, assigned by the Directors, including personal shopping assistance.
- Co-ordinate and maintain the Director's schedule, arranging appointments, meetings, and assisting in organizing and booking various engagements
- Provide support for the Director's personal matters whenever required.
- Assist the Director in recording incoming and outgoing payments, managing financial transactions, generating payments, and conducting basic bookkeeping tasks
- Managing Driver’s claim and overtime claim on monthly basis.
- Remind the Director of important deadlines and tasks (i.e car road tax, quit rent, assessment, utilities, passport renewal & etc).
- Handle minor administrative tasks efficiently.
- Co-operate with staff in ensuring the office premise is always kept clean and tidy.
- Any other ac-hoc tasks assigned by the Directors.
Skills, Qualifications and Experience
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Familiar with basic accounting principles with quantitative skills will be added advantage.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work under pressure, work independently, strong bargaining power and a multi tasker.
- Willingly to assist Director’s personal tasks.
- Possess valid driving license and own transport.
