The Logistics Assistant is responsible for picking, packing, and delivering items between HQ and boutiques, as well as boutique-to-boutique deliveries. This role involves traveling across Peninsular Malaysia using company-assigned vehicles and adhering to designated delivery schedules.

**Responsibilities**:

- Process orders for packaging materials from boutiques or HQ: pick, pack, and deliver based on the assigned schedule.
- Deliver merchandise securely between HQ and boutiques, or between boutiques, as directed by the Logistics Manager.
- Maintain and care for company vehicles; ensure they are kept in good condition during and after deliveries.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the warehouse; items must be stored safely, accurately counted, and handled according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Receive, process, and sort incoming shipments.
- Assist with stock records, inventory tracking, and preparation of delivery orders as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification of Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or equivalent.
- Relevant working experience (1-2 years) in logistics, warehousing, inventory management, or a similar industry preferred. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks such as lifting and moving stock.
- Possess a valid driving license (GDL or E class) with a good driving record.
- Basic knowledge of logistics and inventory systems is an added advantage.
- Willing to work outside of regular hours (9:00 am - 6:00 pm) when necessary, including weekends and public holidays.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
- Able to work independently and under pressure, especially during peak seasons.
- Good command of verbal and written English and Malay; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Open to Malaysian citizens only.
