Scentses + Co is a perfume subscription service launched in 2020. It is the first and largest in Southeast Asia, allowing subscribers to discover different designer perfumes every month before committing to the full bottle. With over 700 designer perfumes to choose from, including brands like Versace and Dolce & Gabbana, Scentses + Co offers a wide selection for perfume enthusiasts. Currently, the service is available in Malaysia and Singapore.

**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role as a Live Host at Scentses + Co located in Subang Jaya. As a Live Host, you will be responsible for hosting perfume subscription events, engaging with customers, conducting training sessions, and promoting our products. You will also assist in sales activities and provide exceptional customer service.
- Responsible for hosting live stream on all social media platforms, including but not limited to Tiktok, Shopee and Lazada.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative concepts, content, strategies and promotions for live shows, including scheduling, planning and marketing.
- Interact with viewers during live broadcasts, attract and maintain the audience's attention, drive traffic and engagement, provide professional advice, answer enquiries and build a strong and loyal online community.
- Introduce product selling points, display of product, reviews and consumer experience in an attractive and creative manner during livestream session.
- Provide accurate product information, including materials, designs, prices, and benefits, to assist customers in making informed purchase decisions.
- Proactively encourage online audiences to adopt our product and make online purchases.
- Track and report live stream performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Review the data (insights and analytics) after the live stream, and continuously elevate the live stream effect, and develop creative ways to enhance and improve livestreams flow.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, challenges and features to incorporate into content creation.
- Ensure high-quality production standards, including audio, visuals and overall presentation.
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting our products/services and maintaining a positive brand image.
- According to the company's arrangement, participate in the shooting of the company's product videos and daily short videos and share the videos.
- Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time.

**Qualifications**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Live stream at USJ 1, Subang Jaya
- Experience in customer service and sales
- Ability to conduct training sessions
- Knowledge of the food and beverage industry
- Passion for perfumes and fragrance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with designer perfume brands is a plus

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
