**Job Summary**:

- Oversee daily concierge operations and ensure smooth guest service.
- Lead and motivate the concierge team to deliver exceptional hospitality.
- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and VIP arrangements.
- Coordinate transportation, luggage handling, and tour services.
- Maintain updated knowledge of local attractions and hotel facilities.
- Ensure high service standards in line with IHG brand expectations.
- Support Front Office operations when required.
- Train and guide new team members to maintain service excellence.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
