- ¶ Appointment together with your superior and rapport with client PIC. ï
- ¶ Follow up with client PIC for any event dates / proposal / quotation needed. ï
- ¶ Provides any documents requested by Client PIC. ï
- ¶ Discuss, propose & develop business strategy plan that suitable for the project with maximum ROI with your superior. ï
- ¶ Raise job order once event is confirmed. ï
- ¶ Cross check with the bookings and arrangements with event manager. ï
- ¶ Make sure event are running out smooth and preparation done. ï
- ¶ Make sure important documents are collected after event. ï
- ¶ Follow up rapport with client for any upcoming events. ï
- ¶ Plan and execute strategy together with your superior. ï
- ¶ To perform other duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.
