As the Affiliates Team Leader, your role is to lead, motivate, and manage a team of affiliate marketers or agents. You will be responsible for ensuring that the team meets performance goals, follows program guidelines, and continuously improves their results. You will also act as a bridge between the affiliate team and upper management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise, guide, and support the affiliate team to achieve sales and recruitment targets.
- Organize regular meetings or training sessions to improve team skills and knowledge.
- Train new affiliate members on company products, systems, tools, and best practices.
- Ensure that all team members understand affiliate program terms and ethical guidelines.
- Track individual and team performance using reports and KPIs (sales, leads, conversion rates).
- Identify underperformance issues and provide coaching or improvement plans.
- Encourage a positive and productive environment through motivation, rewards, and recognition programs.
- Assist in planning affiliate campaigns or promotions to increase team engagement and results.
- Help team members resolve issues related to tracking, commission, or communication with clients or prospects.
- Report team progress, challenges, and insights to the Affiliate Manager or higher management.
- Provide feedback or suggestions to improve the affiliate program from the team’s perspective.
- Ensure that all marketing activities done by the team comply with brand guidelines and affiliate rules.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant certifications in digital marketing, affiliate marketing, or leadership are an added advantage.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, sales, or digital marketing.
- Previous experience in team management or leadership roles is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with affiliate platforms, tracking tools, and performance metrics.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
