Order Processing Sales Admin Clerk

QT, SO,PI, DO & Invoice and retrieve POD if needed by reps.
- To process the order, returns, and exchange.
- Print sales orders on a daily basis via the system for all salespersons across every state.
- Generate delivery orders daily for all sales orders.
- Choose correct lot and expiry based on first in first out (internal lot)
- Ensure the creation of all invoices and consignment notes, providing invoices to customers daily (prior to departure).
- Ensure all picked and packed orders for your territories are invoiced before the end of the day.
- To assist sales reps (as per assigned) inquiries via whatsapp or phone call (Invoice copy, Demo request, Sample request, Proforma Invoice.)
- Ensure all pending sales orders (status in progress / open) in the system are dispatched once stock is available
- make sure to check on a daily basis.
2. Update courier tracking to Google Drive before the end of the day
3. Filling all sales orders, invoices/cash bills, delivery orders, courier POD and related documents in monthly folders by weekly.
4. Prompt response to WhatsApp inquiries from team members.
5. Possess comprehensive product knowledge, including unit measurements and pricing.
6. Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by superiors as required.
Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
