**Qualification**
- Minimum SPM / Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health.
- Minimum Three Years’ experience in Occupational Safety and Health.
- Successfully completed a course of training in occupational safety and health and passed any exam for that course and possess Green Book (**Manufacturing**).
- Possess good computer skills, especially in Microsoft Package.
- Active, work initiative, self-starter, and working independently.
- Good in planning and arrangement of priority of task.

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**
- Oversee workplace repair, installations, and any other work that could harm employees’ safety.
- Identify process bottlenecks and offer timely solutions.
- Plan and implement OSH policies and programs.
- Advise and lead employees on various safety-related topics.
- Review existing policies and procedures.
- Adhere to all the rules and regulations
- Work with HR to set up a new employee onboarding process for safety.
- Conduct a risk assessment.
- Enforce preventative measures.
- Check if all the employees are acting in adherence to rules and regulations.
- Prepare and present reports on accidents and violations and determine causes.
- Assists in investigating accidents or injuries that occur in the workplace.
- Assists in the establishment of workplace safety and health committees and monitors their performance.
- Assist in carrying out daily safety duty maintain throughout the entire factory premises.
- Assist in the staff training and/or supervision of new inspectors and development.
- Responsible to issue Safety offense tickets to all employees that fail to meet the Safety & Health rules.
- Responsible for administrative functions such as budget preparation and control, preparation of various reports and documents, processing of legal documents, and personnel management.
- Reviews the work of subordinates to ensure the adequacy of service and to ensure departmental standards are met and policies are carried out.
- Follow related procedures and work instructions, company rules, regulations, and instructions of the Management.

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
