**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented **Sales Coordinator** to support our sales team within the **printing industry**. This 6-month contract role requires excellent communication, coordination, and administrative skills to ensure smooth sales operations and client satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact between the sales team, clients, and production teams.
- Prepare and follow up on sales quotations, purchase orders, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely production and delivery of print jobs.
- Invoice Submission
- Maintain accurate records of sales, customer information, and production schedules using ERP systems.
- Track sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
- Assist with managing client accounts and ensuring excellent customer service.
- Support the sales team with scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and handling correspondence.
- Help resolve any issues related to order processing, billing, or delivery.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a sales support or coordination role, preferably in the **printing, packaging, or manufacturing industry**.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
- Team player with a customer-oriented mindset.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
