Role Overview:
As a TikTok Live Moderator, you’ll be the real-time support behind our live shows — engaging with viewers, managing the comment section, and keeping the energy flowing for a smooth, fun, and productive live session.

Your Responsibilities:

- Monitor and respond to live comments professionally & playfully (on-brand)
- Support host during live by pinning products, answering FAQs, and guiding buyers
- Flag inappropriate comments or spam
- Assist in reporting sales activities and viewer feedback after each session
- Coordinate with marketing team for product focus & daily promo update.

- Have strong attention to detail & quick reflexes (comments move fast)
- Are confident in basic product knowledge (we’ll train you on our scents)

- Experience in e-commerce/live selling/moderation
- Interest in fragrance, beauty, or lifestyle products

Job Responsibilities:

- **Comment Moderation**:Monitoring and managing comments to ensure they adhere to platform rules and community guidelines.
- **Crowd Control**:Addressing disruptive behavior, blocking users who violate the platform's rules, and managing the flow of interactions.
- **Product Promotion**:Promoting products or services during live streams and answering questions related to them.
- **Content Creation**:Collaborating with live hosts to develop engaging content and create a cohesive viewing experience.
- **Data Monitoring**:Observing live stream data and reporting issues to improve future streams.
- **Technical Support**:Assisting with technical issues during live streams, such as sound or video problems.

Skills and Qualifications:

- **Strong Communication**: Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to engage with viewers and address issues.
- **Active Listening**: Ability to listen to comments and questions and respond appropriately.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to quickly identify and address issues that arise during live streams.
- **Social Media Savvy**: Familiarity with social media platforms and online communication etiquette.
- **Prior Live Streaming Experience**: Experience in live streaming or content moderation is highly preferred.
- **Familiarity with E-commerce**: Understanding of e-commerce principles and best practices for live streaming.
