We looking to hire a motivated Admin Executive who are customer focused, able to take on responsibilities and challenges, result-oriented and open to learn.
Job Responsibilities
- Compilation of reports on document submitted by Strategic Partnership team
- Compilation of merchants’ logo, image and other documents for easy retrieval and future reference
- Coordination of AandP materials from our clients to merchant
- As and when necessary, to assist in liaising with merchants for necessary documents and/or materials required
- Coordinating delivery of relevant marketing POSM for various projects.
- Handling incoming calls and perform general administration duties eg billing, filing, copying, faxing etc
- To perform any task assigned by the management

**; Requirements**: - Qualifications and Experiences
- Able to Multi-task and Result-oriented and able to take on responsibilities and challenge
- Fast typing skills; Knowledge of touch typing system is strongly preferred
- Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.)
- Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills. Ability to speak Mandarin is added advantage.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
