Human Resources Duties:

- Work closely with department heads to understand their hiring needs and specifications.
- Create and post job advertisements on various platforms such as job boards, social media, and the company website.
- Participate recruitment events, job fairs, and campus recruitment drives when necessary.
- Stay updated on current hiring trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve the recruitment process.
- Review and enchance the HR rules

Personal Assistant / Administrative Support Duties:

- Calendar management - organizing and maintaining the executives' calendar, scheduling meetings and prioritizing appointments.
- Document management - preparing, managing, and filing reports, presentations and correspondence.
- Travel coordination - arranging travel itineraries, booking for flights, accommodation and transportation.
- Interfacing with clients - acting as a point of contact for clients, stakeholders, or team members, ensuring clear communication and follow-up.
- Meeting preparation - organizing meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-up on action items.
- Supplies Management - Keeping track of office supplies and inventory, placing orders as necessary.
- Personal errands - Running personal errands for the excutive, which might include shopping, booking appointments or managing personal schedule.

Skills & qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative or HR role (1-3 years preferred).
- Organizational skills - ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and prioritize responsibilities.
- Communication - strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction.
- Technical proficiency - Familiarity with office software (microsoft office suite).
- Confidentiality - Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and profesionalism.
- Problem solving - strong analytical skills for addressing issues as they arise.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

Work location - in office or outstation

Working hours - might need to work extra hours, work from home or weekends.
