Handle all import and export related shipments and deliveries;
- Prepare import and export shipping documents;
- Perform data entry and maintain documentation related to shipping activities;
- Communicate and liaise with various departments and suppliers to ensure smooth arrangement for all shipments;
- Coordinate with shipping / forwarding agents;
- Coordinate with certification centre and insurance company;
- Update and maintain shipping schedule reports;

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or equivalent;
- Minimum 1 year of working experiences in relevant field;
- Familiar with Export and Import rules and regulation;
- Positive Attitude and Self-motivation;
- Meticulous and proactive;
- Able to work independently under minimum supervision, in a team, meet deadlines, meticulous and multi task
- Able to work under pressure
- Proficient in written and spoken English, Malay, Mandarin.
