Showroom Consultant

**Job Description: Showroom Consultant (Kitchen Cabinet & Interior Design) About Us**

Dapur Idaman is an established kitchen cabinet and interior design company with over 15 years of experience in the industry, with branches in Selangor, Pahang, and Terengganu. We specialize in providing high-quality kitchen cabinet solutions with modern, stylish, and practical designs.

**Responsibilities**
- **Customer Engagement**:

- Welcome and attend to walk-in customers in the showroom
- Answer phone calls & handle customer inquiries
- Guide customers in exploring kitchen cabinet designs, materials, and concepts
- **Sales & Consultation**:

- Present and explain cabinet materials, finishes, and design options
- Understand customer needs, budget, and lifestyle to recommend suitable solutions
- Assist in preparing quotations and arranging design appointments
- Follow up with potential customers to arrange site visits and close sales
- **Showroom & Administration**:

- Maintain showroom displays, catalogues, and sample arrangements
- Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and customer-ready at all times
- Handle light admin tasks (data entry, scheduling, record-keeping)
- Support the design & sales team in coordinating appointments and client documents

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM/Diploma qualification (Interior Design or related field is an advantage)
- Friendly personality with excellent communication skills (face-to-face & by phone)
- Basic knowledge of interior/kitchen cabinet industry (training will be provided)
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office / Google Workspace)
- Proactive, customer-oriented & willing to learn
- Able to work full-time at **Batu Caves, Selangor** showroom

**Working Hours**
- Monday - Saturday**:9.00 AM - 6.00 PM**:

- Sunday & Public Holiday: Off
