1. Filters Help Desk calls and provides basic support and troubleshooting, such as password resets, printer configurations, break/fix instructions, ticket routing, and escalation to Level 2 and Level 3 support.

3. Support typically includes individuals who have very limited technical expertise. L1 supports logs, categorizes, prioritizes, tracks, and routes

(i) incidents reported by users or

(ii) alarms raised by monitoring tools.

4. Support tracks tickets until successfully resolved. L1 engineers can implement basic, documented break-fix tasks along the lines of following a cookbook recipe. L1 personnel will typically escalate to an L2 resource and follow documented escalation procedures,

5. Log ticket, assign severity level and respond to customer in compliance to the defined Problem Management Process.

6. Unlock SAP user ID and reset the password

7. Meeting arrangements and necessary documents, keep tracking the progress of the incident and update the status from time to time.

8. Time to respond to a Severity 1 incident following registration in the Problem Management System.

9. Perform basic checking (check if infrastructure or authorization issue)

10. Manage documentation as per request from the management.

11. Other ad hoc duties.

1. At least 2 years (s) of working experience in a related industry with SAP-related modules or experience with other ERP solutions in the procurement area.

2. Knowledge in the procurement process: Master Data, Purchasing (Quotation, Contract, Purchase Requisition, Purchase Order, Receiving, Inventory, Invoice)

3. Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia.

5. Proficient in Microsoft Office.

6. Proficient in SQL

7. Able to learn new things fast and put them into practice immediately.

8. Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills with business users.

9. Team player and able to work with all levels of people.

10. Positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for the team and clients.

11. Able to travel.

12. Good understanding of principles and processes of ITIL processes and discipline and adopting best practices into the current environment.

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
