**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Safely transport staff, clients, or guests to and from company locations, meetings, or airports.
- Deliver important documents, marketing materials, and packages between branches, clients, and vendors.
- Conduct regular vehicle maintenance and inspections to ensure roadworthiness.
- Assist in the transportation of materials for events, roadshows, and branch setups.
- Plan and follow efficient routes for transportation and deliveries.
- Maintain communication with the office to provide updates on delivery statuses.
- Keep accurate logs of trips, vehicle maintenance, and fuel consumption.
- Ensure compliance with all traffic laws and company safety policies.
- Assist in stock and inventory handling when required.

**Requirements**:

- Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar driver/dispatch role.
- Ability to load/unload goods and perform physical tasks related to event materials or inventory.
- Strong ability to manage time effectively and ensure timely transportation and deliveries.
- Good verbal communication skills and the ability to provide status updates.
- Basic Vehicle Maintenance Knowledge.
- A professional appearance and attitude when interacting with clients and colleagues.
- Accurate record-keeping for deliveries, vehicle logs, and inventory.
