Collaborate with a regional team such as Finance Transformation and Group Centers
- Manage and control project costs for SAP system implementation of AIA operating entities
- Track progress during SAP development, user training, data migration, UAT, migration and Master data set up and system/reporting go-live
- Communicate with Allianz operating entities stakeholders during each key project deliverables via regular status reports
- Provide regular project updates during steering committee meetings with operating and development project teams
- Raise issues (if foreseen) and ensure timely coordination with project teams for proper resolution
- Ensure adherence to overall project timeline and update stakeholders/project teams in case of deviation
- Harmonization of local operating entity chart of accounts with Management dimensions and cost centers based on Group CoA and rules e.g. functional area allocation
- Providing harmonized ONE.Asia CoA to SAP development/configuration teams for SAP configuration and customization
- Assist local users with data migration preparation as required by system development team
