Personal Assistant to Managing Director

**Are you highly detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive in handling executive-level responsibilities?**
**We are seeking a Personal Assistant to support our Managing Director in daily operations, analysis, reporting, and decision-making. This role is critical in ensuring tasks are executed with precision and efficiency.**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide high-level administrative and personal support to the Managing Director including handling all private secretarial duties, personal and administrative tasks, as well as confidential matters..
- Prepare reports, business reviews, and data analyses as required.
- Follow up closely on tasks, timelines, and project status.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Coordinate internal and external communications, meetings, and appointments.
- Track and manage documents, records, and reports with a strong attention to detail.
- Assist in planning and monitoring work schedules and priorities.
- Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions, and related duties as and when required.
**Requirements**:
- _**At least 5 years and above of working experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.**_
- Displays a professional demeanour and the ability to engage effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds
- Pleasant personality and ability to work independently and work under pressure
- High level of integrity and able to maintain confidentiality at all time
- Computer literate - Microsoft Window, Excel and Microsoft Outlook
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in both **English & Mandarin** as role requires to deal with mandarin-speaking clients.
- Salary package commensurate with working experience and educational qualifications.
- Able to work in Perai Penang.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
