Teaching and Planning: You will be responsible for planning and delivering lessons that are specifically designed to meet the individual needs of students with SEN. You will use a range of teaching strategies, resources, and technologies to support learning and encourage active participation.
- Assessing and Monitoring: You will monitor student progress regularly, using a range of assessment tools to identify individual strengths and weaknesses. You will use this information to plan further teaching and support, and to provide feedback to students and parents.
- Collaborating with Colleagues: You will work closely with other teachers, teaching assistants, and support staff to provide a coordinated and consistent approach to teaching and learning. You may also liaise with external agencies, such as educational psychologists or speech and language therapists, to ensure that students receive appropriate support.
- Providing Support and Guidance: You will provide pastoral support to students, helping them to develop their social and emotional skills, and supporting them in managing their behaviour and relationships with others.
- Communicating with Parents and Carers: You will communicate regularly with parents and carers, providing feedback on student progress, and discussing any concerns or issues that arise. You may also be involved in parent-teacher meetings, reviews, and other related activities.
- Maintaining Records and Administrative Duties: You will keep accurate records of student progress, attendance, and behaviour, and complete administrative tasks such as writing reports and attending meetings.
- Overall, your primary responsibility as an SEN Key Stage Teacher 1 will be to provide a supportive and inclusive learning environment for students with SEN, helping them to achieve their full potential and promoting their social and emotional wellbeing.

Pay: RM2,355.46 - RM3,727.39 per month
