HR & Admin Executive

Responsibilities:
- **Manage Employee Lifecycle**: Oversee processes from hiring to separation, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- **Administrative Duties**: Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, maintain employee records, and assist in policy revisions.
- **Documentation**: Prepare and maintain complete documentation in a digital archive.
- **Support HR Functions**: Assist the HR department in various tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- **Support Commercial Department**:Preparing tender documents, reviewing submissions, and ensuring that all proposals meet the necessary requirements and standards. Additionally, a Tender Executive liaises with various departments to gather relevant project information and oversees the tender evaluation process
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
