**Overview of the Position**:
This contract role will prepare, validate and analyse all IBO(agents) matters, accounts receivables, accounts payables and general ledger transactions in the system. This include resolving discrepancies and invalid payments which involves liaising with internal and external parties such as customer service, bankers, payment gateway, tax agents, auditors and other parties.

**The role required to execute the below tasks and initiative**:
**a) IBO Matter and Accounts Receivable**
- Ensure IBO transactions are processed timely and accurately within agreed cut-off deadlines.
- Ensure proper monthly submission to tax authorities for withholding tax of IBO income.
- Ensure invoicing for any goods or payment on behalf of related company are done timely and accurately.
- Ensure all collections are properly done whether it is from IBOs, BCKP or Related Companies.
- Ensure all integration of sales between MLM and Accounting systems are done.
- All reconciliations such as Merchant reconciliation, PRV reconciliation and E-Wallet reconciliations are performed.

**2) Accounts Payable**
- Ensure payments are processed timely and accurately within agreed cut-off deadlines.
- Ensure proper submission to tax authorities for withholding tax of relevant payments.
- All vendor reconciliations are done on time and accurately.
- Prepare cash flow projections.

**3) General Ledger**
- Ensure the preparation of monthly accounts based on agreed cut-off dates for closing of accounts and preparation of reconciliations and balance sheet schedules.
- Ensure all reconciliations and analysis of related accounts are prepared accurately and timely.
- Ensure provisions, accruals and prepayments are properly accounted for.
- Ensure Fixed Assets are maintained accurately and all fixed assets are properly accounted for and posted into the system and proper depreciation policies are adhered to.
- Coordinate with external parties including auditors and tax agents for statutory compliance.
- Develop and strengthen the internal financial reporting and control processes including developing and updating written policies and procedures.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of other taxes such as GST.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations.
- Assist on month end journal posting.

**To be successful in this role, we are expecting the below**
- Degree, Diploma, LCCI or equivalent accounting qualification.
- Min 1 to 2 years of related working experience.
- Good accounting knowledge in the function of payable and receivable, Inventory related, and other accounting related knowledge will be added advantages.
- Team Player & able to cope with fast pace environment.
- Attention to detail and data entry and general math skills.
- We offer **6 months contract role** for this position.
