Oversee and manage all-related production operations activities within the manufacturing facility including production inventory, production worker planning, production line management, flow and maintenance of equipment and facilities.
- Responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating production activities to ensure efficient and effective manufacturing processes, meeting food safety and quality standards, optimize resources, efficiency and meeting production targets.
- Lead and supervise a team of production staff to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement.
- Carry out production activity according to production plan and ensure completeness.
- Prepare raw material, packaging and stickers for production process.
- Manage attendance and discipline of a team of production staff.
- Assigned daily tasks and on the job training of every production staff to be specialized and multitasking in the specific area.
- Ensure all production forms to be correctly filled and completed on time
- Generate daily and monthly production productivity and efficiency report.
- Prepare monthly power point slide for production and machine performance for HOD meeting.
- Generate and print product labels, including barcodes, expiry dates, batch numbers, and allergen warnings, in line with regulatory and customer requirements
- Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures and Checking forms according to the company policy and standard.
- Commit, implement & maintain the company food safety & quality programs (eg. Halal, HACCP, BRC and etc)
- Carry out GMP in manufacturing.
- Ensure all the procedures are followed according to the health and safety regulations.
- Organize for major cleaning for the production line.
- Support all new R&D trial run in production.
- Updating data for the ERP process.
- Conduct traceability process from warehouse raw material to finished goods with QC/QA team and production manager.
- Supervise warehouse storekeeper in managing raw material and finished goods.
- Support all QA /QC audit activities.
- Carry out ad hoc duties assigned by management from time to time.

**Job Requirements**
- Possess Diploma/ Degree in Food Science or equivalent.
- 2-3 years of working experience in production or manufacturing environment (FMCG preferred).
- Knowledge of FSSC 22000 or any food safety management system.
- Computer literate and able to use Microsoft office such as outlook and excel.
- Able to communicate in English and Malay language.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
