**Job Scope / Responsibilities**:
**Position Summary**:
We are looking for enthusiastic Telco sales / Account manager to join our dynamic team which specialises in Corporate Telecommunication Services and Products. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our corporate clients in around Peninsula Malaysia, Sabah, Sarawak and Asia Region, identifying new business opportunities and driving sales growth.
**What you’ll be doing?**
- Prospecting and identifying new corporate clients with growth potential - Must be able to do cold calling. Responsible for the acquisition for relevant new sales.
- Building and nurturing long-term relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business around Peninsula Malaysia, Sabah, Sarawak and Asia Region - You are required to travel and to meet with customers in person, not just online meetings.
- Attentive, good sales follow-up with customers and after sales support.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide exceptional customer service - learn the solutions we sell, test the solutions too.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
**Requirements**:
- 2-3 years’ experience in sales or account management role, preferably within the tele -communication servicing/sales industry.
- We provide customised telecommunications services and solutions to our customers, you will be expected to communicate with at least managerial level roles in our customers' organization.
- Interest and knowledge in IT and Telecommunication services and products
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
