**About the Role**
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on **Outlet Manager** to lead our team at **Aman Central Mall, Alor Setar**. You will be responsible for managing daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and motivating the team to achieve sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily outlet operations to ensure smooth performance.
- Lead, train, and motivate retail staff.
- Monitor sales performance, inventory, and visual merchandising.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
- Prepare sales reports and implement company policies.
- Ensure outlet meets company standards and targets.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in retail, with supervisory or managerial background.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work under pressure and deliver results.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

**Salary & Benefits**
- **RM2,000 - RM3,000** (based on experience & position level).
