**The team you'll be part of**

Our Business Group is a leader in wireless mobility networks and associated services. With more than 3.500 patent families essential for 5G we have a strong 5G portfolio and are a front runner in open and virtualized radio access networks (O-RAN and vRAN).

**What you will learn and contribute to**

The Supplier Contract Manager supports Procurement teams in supplier contract negotiations, drafting in line with business legal and contracting polices. Drive and implement training activities, templates, processes, and legal specific requirements to optimize category management skill sets

**As part of our team, you will**:
Support the head negotiator/supplier manager in contracting activities (contract drafting/set-up, negotiations, escalations, signatures, storing, and archiving in accordance with Nokia internal guidelines and processes) in close cooperation with Procurement Legal and Compliance
- Is the first internal point of contact with regard to all contractual matters in BG & RBC’s for Category Managers
- Support the supplier manager in claim management process
- Support the procurement team for setting up bank guarantee process and disputes and resolutions
- Ensure availability of adequate contract templates to cover the relevant business models in respective category cluster (Legal and Compliance to lead the preparation of the templates with support of the PCM)
- Assesse existing agreements (e.g., for specific projects like contract consolidation)
- Conduct training for contractual issues for category managers in cooperation with Procurement Legal and Compliance
- Maintain relevant Market BG / RBC or category area power of Attorney list
- Monitor contract coverage targets
- Support M&A activities
- Excellent knowledge of local supplier base for Telecom Industry

**Your skills and experience**

Experienced professional with a minimum of 8 years of relevant procurement experience in:

- Deployment of relevant telecom rollout projects
- Service procurement experience
- Proven track record of contract management
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Negotiation Skills
- Solution oriented
- Networking Skills
- Supplier Relationship Management
- Supplier Base Management
- Cost analysis & management
