**Roles and responsibility: (To note that this is a contract position for 1 year)**

**Qualification**:

- Degree in any study field.
- Nice to have working experience in family takaful environment, possess knowledge of the different takaful products (and their functionalities/technicalities) and operational processes.
- Customer focused with excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to work with a positive attitude & excel under pressure.
- Self-motivated, love challenges and working with people.
- Articulate and proficient in both written and spoken English.
