**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct detailed measurement and estimation of construction costs for Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) projects.
- Prepare and manage tender documents, contracts, budgets, and bills of quantities.
- Evaluate and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and compliance with project specifications.
- Monitor and control project costs throughout the construction phase, ensuring alignment with the budget.
- Perform risk, value management, and cost control functions.
- Assess variations, change orders, and contractual claims to maintain financial oversight.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective project delivery.
- Prepare periodic financial reports, including cost forecasts and expenditure summaries.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to verify progress and adherence to specifications.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, with a focus on CSA projects.
- Proficiency in cost estimation software and quantity surveying tools.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
- Professional membership with RICS or similar accreditation is preferred.
