As a Medical Enquiries Executive in the hospital industry, your primary responsibility is to manage and respond to medical-related queries from a range of stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, patients, and internal departments. This role requires delivering medically accurate, timely, and compliant information while maintaining a high standard of customer service and confidentiality.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide clear and reliable information about hospital services, medical procedures, and treatment-related questions in accordance with regulatory standards and hospital policies.
- Ensure all communication aligns with relevant healthcare regulations, company SOPs, and data protection laws.
- Offer empathetic and professional support to patients, clinicians, and internal staff, maintaining a patient-centered approach at all times.
- Address and resolve concerns or complaints efficiently, and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or Head of Department (HOD) when necessary.
- Assist in the preparation and facilitation of internal training related to medical enquiry protocols, ensuring consistent and compliant practices across teams.
- Proactively identify areas for process improvement within the enquiry management system and collaborate with other departments to implement enhancements.
- Actively participate in quality assurance initiatives and cross-functional projects aimed at improving the overall experience for stakeholders.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism in handling patient and institutional data, adhering to the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
- Support the department in achieving performance goals and contribute positively to team objectives.
- Undertake any additional tasks or responsibilities as delegated by the superior.

Academic Qualification: Diploma/Degree

Skills & Experience Required:

- Good communication skills.
- Understanding of medical terminology and knowledge are essential to provide medical support in hospital.
- Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to changes in procedure and job assignment is required.
- Must be familiar with hospital background and setup.
- Must be able to function in a team-oriented environment as well as independently deliver results.

Other Additional Requirements:

- Required work on Saturday based on rotation schedule set by the immediate superior
- Required to maintain an appropriate standard of dress code and personal appearance at work and conduct individual in a professional manner at all times both within the workplace and when representing the hospital.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
