Communicate with clients to understand needs, vision and creative elements
- Create mood board, 3D perspective drawing and diagrams and communicate these effectively to project team
- Analyze layout for space planning inclusive of furniture and fixtures placement according to client needs
- Choose materials and finishes according to budget, styles and quality
- Manage team, timeline, budget and project progress to follow specification and requirements
- Coordinate works between architect, engineers, contractors and suppliers
- Responsibilities include sourcing and purchasing materials,, negotiating with suppliers, maintaining records, coordinating with project teams, monitoring market trends, and assisting in supplier evaluation.

**Criteria**:

- A degree in interior design with 3+ years of residential and commercial design experience.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong knowledge of trends, codes, and standards.
- Skilled in project leadership, team collaboration, and client relations.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail and a willingness to learn and mentor others

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
