**Job Overview**:
The HR Admin Executive is responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day administrative functions of the HR department. This includes handling employee relations, benefits administration, recruitment processes, payroll assistance, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The HR Admin Executive plays a key role in implementing HR policies and supporting the broader HR strategy to ensure a positive, efficient, and compliant work environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Employee Records & Data Management**:

- Oversee and maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Ensure all employee data is processed and stored in compliance with data protection regulations and company policies.
- **Recruitment & Onboarding**:

- Lead recruitment efforts by drafting job descriptions, posting job ads, coordinating interviews, and liaising with hiring managers.
- Conduct orientation sessions and assist new hires with the completion of employment forms and benefits enrollment.
- **Payroll & Benefits Administration**:

- Manage employee benefits programs, including medical insurance, leave entitlements, and retirement benefits.
- Maintain records for attendance, sick leave, vacations, and other employee leave types, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- **Employee Relations & Support**:

- Address and resolve employee concerns and conflicts, escalating to senior HR personnel when needed.
- Assist in maintaining a positive employee experience by supporting workplace engagement activities and initiatives.
- **Performance Management Support**:

- Assist in the performance review process, including tracking performance appraisals and ensuring timely completion.
- Help implement employee feedback and support the continuous improvement of performance management systems.
- **HR Reporting & Administration**:

- Generate regular HR reports related to recruitment, turnover, employee performance, and other key HR metrics.
- Analyze HR data to provide insights and recommendations for process improvements.
- Maintain HR-related records and documentation in compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- **Other Administrative Support**:

- Provide general administrative support to the HR department as required, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.
- Assist with HR-related projects, events, and initiatives as needed.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2+ years of experience in HR, with exposure to both administrative and operational HR tasks. Experience in a leadership or executive role is an advantage.
- **Skills**:

- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of confidentiality.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
