Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Process customer transactions accurately using a point of sale (POS) system.
- Handle cash, credit/debit card transactions, and provide correct change.
- Maintain a clean and organized cash register area.
- Issue receipts, refunds, and exchanges as needed.
- Balance cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products or services.
- Ensure all transactions are processed quickly and efficiently, minimizing wait times.
- Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure smooth operations.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding transactions and customer service.
- Take customer orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar staff.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely and courteous manner.
- Check in with customers to ensure satisfaction with their meal and address any concerns.
- Prepare and serve drinks, appetizers, and desserts.
- Set and clear tables, ensuring that dining areas are clean and organized.
- Process customer payments using the restaurant’s POS system.
- Upsell menu items to increase sales and enhance the dining experience.
- Maintain knowledge of the menu and make recommendations to customers.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner.
- Follow health and safety regulations and restaurant policies.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
