As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial aspects of our construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

**What you'll be doing**
- Preparing and analysing detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects
- Negotiating and administering contracts with subcontractors and suppliers
- Monitoring and controlling project costs throughout the construction process
- Providing financial and commercial advice to project managers and other stakeholders
- Preparing valuations, interim payments, and final accounts for construction projects
- Identifying and mitigating potential financial risks and issues
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and industry standards

**What we're looking for**
- Possess a Professional Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
- Chartered Quantity Surveyor status (or working towards it)
- Experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry will be advantages. Without experience also encourage to apply.
- Excellent knowledge of construction cost management principles and practices
- Proficient in the use of quantity surveying software and tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,999.00 - RM5,100.00 per month
