Production Inspector

**Production Inspector (QC/QA) l Nusajaya**:

- **Salary : Rm 2000++(Depend on Exp) + Allowance + OT(if any)**:

- **Working days : 4 days/week (8am - 8pm) / (8pm-8am)**Responsibilities**:_

**1. Implement and execute Outgoing Quality activities and program**
- Implement and execute Outgoing Quality and out-of-box audit plan to buy off products prior to shipment.
- Manage the outgoing QA and OBA activities to ensure adequacy of the system to detect internal quality issue.
- Constantly review current outgoing practice and initiate more effective tools to capture product quality issues such as tighter defect testing, improve sampling plan.
- Assist Assistant Quality Manager or Quality Manager to continually to explore new techniques or methodology to detect potential failures/defects in order to provide excellent quality product. Focus on customer requirement to be incorporate in outgoing check.
- Coordinate quality failures and drive for root cause analysis and problem solving real time for effective corrective actions and implementation to prevent recurrences.
- Track daily quality performance and publish report daily and weekly.
- Review inspection and measurement data for accuracy and feedback issues to production and Quality Managers immediate for timely actions.
- Handling of non-conforming products - coordinate all on-hold activities.ensure no escapee to customer during quality crises/issues and line purge.
- Able to handle measurement equipment or machine unit etc to develop test or measurement on finish products.
- Able to guide quality inspectors & technician to understand the Aesthetic criteria (ASP) & IMT.
- Practice 6S and maintain cleanliness and efficiency in the lab.
- Track and improve QA inspectors/technician’s productivity.
- Has the authority to stop production or shipment based on product specifications

**2. CofA Control**
- Responsible for investigating & propose Corrective Action or Initiate
- Improvement Action as & when required.
- Check CofA inspection for correctness and accuracy.

**3. Continuous improvement**
- Participate in quality improvement through 6-sigma or Kaizen projects.
- troubleshooting or problem solving.

**4. Process control and audit**
- Periodically audit process control to ensure compliance and identify opportunity for improvement.

**5. Qualification Activities**
- Perform first article inspection, capabilities studies and inspection report.
- Work with Quality Engineers on qualification activities related to the product - new or change in process, design, materials, tooling, etc.
- Prepare data for qualification package.

**6. Supervision and training**
- Establish training and development to inspectors or technicians.
- Provide training to QA inspectors and technicians.
- Continuous assessment on QA inspectors and technicians’ skills and knowledge for upgrade purposes.

**7. Establishes and promotes the maintenance of safe and healthy working conditions. Recommends measures to reduce or eliminate industrial accident and health hazards in compliance with OSHA standards. Establishes and ensures compliance to department safety procedures.**

**8. Perform other duties as assigned.**
- **Job Requirement**:_
- Minimum 2 Year(s) of working experience as QAC/QA role in manufacturing industry is required for this position.
- Knowledge in Quality Control and Statistical techniques-SPC are added advantage.
- Hands on experience in measurement tools.
- Computer literate and able to work independently
- Good communication skills and Strong problem-solving skills.
- Work well under pressure.
- Able to work meticulously with mínimal supervision and guidance.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay

**Experience**:

- QA/QC Manufacturing: 2 years (preferred)
