**Position**: Customer Service Executive (Mandarin Speaking)
**Location**: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
**Department**: 24/7 Global Support Team
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Work on a rotating 24/7 shift, including weekends, midnight shifts, and public holidays.
- Support tour leaders with travel-related issues during their tours.
- Coordinate with internal sales teams, suppliers, and MIKI offices for case follow-ups.
- Resolve client issues and complaints politely and effectively.
- Provide emergency hotline and troubleshooting support.
- Support other departments and handle tasks assigned by management.
**Requirements**:
- Strong communication in **Mandarin and English** (spoken and written).
- Willing to work **rotational shifts**, including midnight and holidays.
- At least **1 year of customer service experience** with a **Diploma**.
- SPM holders must have **minimum 3 years of experience** in customer service.
- Experience in the **travel or hotel industry** is a plus.
- Must have **basic computer skills** and be familiar with Microsoft Office.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
