Finance (MFRS Project)

**MFRS 9 Automation Project**
- To assist in monitoring relevant project milestone and implementation progress as planned at a quality and timely manner.
- To assist in monitoring overall delivery and detailed project process for each stage across all working streams.
- Active involvement in UAT.
- To assist in MFRS 9 Models Development, Maintenance and Monitoring (e.g. MFRS 9 PD, LGD, EAD and other credit scorecards).
- To assist in other project scopes (e.g. EIR processing, overseas branches).

**MFRS 9 Documentation**
- To update and fine tune existing Board & Management Policies and Procedures (e.g SOP) related to MFRS 9 for all portfolios.
- To revise and update ECL Calculation Specification Documentation.
- To revise and update ECL Risk Parameters Calibration Specification Documentation.
- To prepare documentation for all new automated processes as internal control and various internal & external reports in relation to MFRS 9.

**MFRS 9 related Reporting**
- To execute end-to-end ECL calculations as support to superior/CFO for immediate reaction and simulations against changing MEVs or fine tuning of models.
- To assist in monitoring the accuracy and timeliness of management information, reporting (i.e management reports and BNM submission) & analysis related to MFRS 9.
- To be trained and serve as liaison (e.g. all credit teams as well as overseas subsidiaries/ branches), IT project team, external auditors and BNM.
- To be trained and utilise analytical skills and communication skills, both written and verbal, to present all MFRS 9 -related reports in a precise manner to Senior Management, respective committee and BOARD meetings.

**Compliance / Training**
- Adherence to the Bank's policies & procedures in compliance with regulatory requirements & accounting standards), to minimise audit risk exposures.
- To assist in overseeing the policy documents/ standards issued by BNM, financial reports, management reports, internal management & Board policies, external regulatory reports related to MFRS 9.
- To keep abreast with the latest developments and challenges of MFRS 9 via seminars/ trainings (i.e. organised by MIA, project vendor, external consultant).
- To assist in providing views & comments on exposure drafts with regards to MFRS 9.

**Ad-hoc**
- To assist in conducting deep ECL analysis (by account level) and performance of models (i.e. PD/ LGD/ segmentation) with appropriately granular information on ECL and underlying assumptions across different asset classes.
- To participate and assist in any ad hoc tasks and requests as directly assigned by superior/CFO.
