**What you need to do**:
- **Accurate Data Entry** - Enter customer, order, and product information into internal systems (CRM, spreadsheets, etc.)
- **CRM System Management** - Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system regularly
- **Support Sales and Marketing Team** - Assist with customer database segmentation and campaign tracking
- **Generate Reports** - Prepare and export basic customer reports for internal review
- **Follow-up & Task Reminders** - Set reminders for client follow-ups and update activity logs
**What we need from you**:
- Minimum **SPM** or equivalent qualification
- **Basic computer skills** (MS Excel, Google Sheets, etc.)
- Attention to detail & accuracy
- Experience in **CRM systems is a bonus** (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
- Good time management and able to meet deadlines
- Proficiency in English and Malay
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
