**Job Title: Facility Manager (Building Maintenance)**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, implement, and oversee routine and preventive maintenance programs for building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and structural components.
- Manage and supervise a team of technicians, cleaners, and external contractors to ensure efficient execution of maintenance tasks.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and resolve issues with mínimal disruption.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify issues, hazards, and opportunities for improvement within the facility.
- Monitor and manage facility budgets, maintenance costs, and procurement of necessary equipment, tools, and materials.
- Ensure the building complies with all safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Maintain documentation related to building maintenance activities, service records, and vendor agreements.
- Coordinate building renovations, repair works, and upgrades as required.
- Liaise with tenants, staff, and internal departments to address facility-related concerns and provide timely solutions.
- Oversee waste management, energy usage, and sustainability practices where applicable.
- Prepare monthly facility reports for management review.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Facility Management, Building Services, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in facility or building maintenance management as a Manager.
- Strong knowledge of building systems (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, etc.).
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with safety standards, local building codes, and regulations.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.

**Job Type**: Contract

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
