We’re looking for a motivated **Quantitative Analyst Intern** with a Computer Science or related background to join our team. This role provides a hands-on opportunity to work on algorithmic trading initiatives and gain valuable industry insights.

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Focus on performing backtesting and conducting research on a variety of trading strategies using Python.
- Perform detailed **performance evaluations** on backtested strategies to gauge their strength and reliability.
- Focus on market involving stocks, derivatives, and cryptocurrencies.

**Additional Responsibilities**
- Research and integrate both **traditional**and **leading-edge methods**—covering statistical approaches, machine learning algorithms, and other advanced techniques—to strengthen strategy creation and assessment.
- Maintain and manage database using SQL

**Key Requirements**
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- **Proficient in Python**, with experience using libraries such as **Pandas and NumPy**.
- Strong interest in financial markets, particularly stocks, derivatives, and cryptocurrencies.
- Excellent **problem-solving abilities** and a genuine enthusiasm for quantitative finance.

Pay: RM1,200.00 per month
