**SKOP KERJA: HOST LIVE TIKTOK (POJI TEMPE)**1. **Menjadi Wajah Utama dalam Live** - Menjadi hos yang peramah, energetik dan menarik untuk menarik perhatian penonton. - Mampu berinteraksi secara santai dan mesra dengan penonton TikTok. - Menjawab soalan, memberi penerangan produk secara live. 2. **Memperkenalkan & Mempromosi Produk** - Memberi penerangan mengenai Poji Tempe - bahan, rasa, kelebihan, cara penyimpanan, dan promosi terkini. - Demonstrasi cara makan jika sesuai (makan on live dengan gaya yang meyakinkan). - Bantu meyakinkan pelanggan untuk membuat pembelian semasa live berlangsung. 3. **Menarik Trafik & Menjual Secara Langsung** - Menggunakan teknik soft selling & hard selling untuk tarik minat penonton membeli. - Menggalakkan penonton untuk klik link pembelian semasa live. - Meningkatkan conversion rate melalui engagement yang efektif. 4. **Interaksi & Engagement** - Berinteraksi aktif dengan penonton (baca komen, sebut nama, ucap terima kasih). - Mengendalikan cabutan bertuah, diskaun eksklusif, atau hadiah untuk penonton live. - Menjaga "vibe" live agar kekal positif dan menyeronokkan. 5. **Persediaan Sebelum & Selepas Live** - Membantu setup tempat live (lighting, kamera, props). - Mengkaji skrip atau poin penting tentang produk sebelum live. - Membuat review semula prestasi live - berapa ramai penonton, jualan, komen pelanggan. 6. **Lain-lain (jika perlu)** - Bantu dalam rakaman konten TikTok pendek berkaitan produk. - Sedia untuk live pada waktu puncak seperti malam atau hujung minggu. - Bekerjasama dengan team pemasaran/jualan untuk strategi promosi. **CIRI-CIRI YANG DICARI** - Petah bercakap & berkeyakinan depan kamera. - Mempunyai personaliti ceria dan menarik. - Boleh bekerja dalam pasukan dan terima teguran untuk penambahbaikan. - Pengalaman dalam live TikTok adalah satu kelebihan. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: Up to RM35.00 per hour Expected hours: 28 per week **Benefits**: - Cell phone reimbursement - Free parking - Health insurance - Maternity leave - Meal allowance - Meal provided - Opportunities for promotion - Parental leave - Professional development Schedule: - Day shift - Fixed shift Work Location: Remote
