As a QS Executive, you are responsible for the overall facilities operations in order to maximise of our services, where your role will include key responsibility such as:

- I. Preparation of Tender Document ie:

- Taking off & Bill of Quantities & Contract.
II. Preparation of Projects tender and pricing.
III. To prepare evaluation and analysis of Tenders/Quotations and recommend for approval.
IV. To prepare, manage and evaluate Subcontractor, Letter Awards and other related documents.
V. To check and evaluate Subcontractor’s progress claims, Supplier’s bills and recommend for payment.
VI. Coordinate with site project team in administering contractual matters such as variation order, extension of time, project cost control, etc.
VII. Responsible to attend joined valuation and final measurement.
VIII. Liaison with clients and sub-contractors.

Requirement
I. Minimum Diploma in Quantity Surveyor or equivalent.
II. Preferably with 2 year(s) of experience in a similar capacity but particular in facility
management field and fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
III. Good command in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
IV. Self-discipline, responsible, self-motivated and dynamic personality.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
