**Key **Accountability
- Responsible in ensuring mínimal disruption to M&E systems.
- T o ensure that all spent are within the plan budget for yearly CAPEX and OPEX.
- Ensure all required tools and equipment, spare parts and consumables are sufficient at all times to operate and maintain the M&E systems at optimum efficiency level.
- Overseeing the M&E section of new fit out (new tenant) or store/retail/office face lift which includes providing the required facilities, assisting in the upgrade, modification or new addition to the facilities systems and the system testing and commissioning.
- Follow up on projects compilation work, facility audits and energy management initiatives for continuous improvement of the M&E systems and for the systems to be operating at optimum efficiency level at all times
- Overseeing events set up and to provide the necessary facilities required (eg: Power supply, AV system set up, hoisting facility for decorative items and etc).
- Responsible in ensuring M&E systems, upgrading works, refurbishment, repair and other required works are in compliance with the statutory requirements and regulations, ESH and Security Standards and in accordance with Best Engineering Practices.
- Follow up on standard operating procedures, checklists and others to meet ISO 9001 and other required standards.
