ERM ANZ is recruiting a full time Accounts Receivable Officer based in Kuala Lumpur office, working for the Australian finance team.

This is a key role for the business to ensure collections and cashflow remain on target.

THE OPPORTUNITY:
ERM ANZ’s Finance Team services the entire ANZ business, thus providing the incumbent great opportunities to hone their technical skill sets. We are a diverse team working together to promote a collaborative, helpful and respectful culture.

ROLE PROFILE:
RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Daily cash receipting of debtors payments
- New client credit checks
- Approving new clients in the system
- Follow up with Project Managers and Partners for payment from clients
- Build internal client relationships
- Escalate collection issues as needed
- Achieving DSO targets
- Clearing AR bank reconciliation items
- Monthly internal DSO reporting
- Arranging client refunds as needed
- Other ad-hoc tasks as required

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
ERM attracts staff that build excellent relationships with internal stakeholders and staff that are able to work in fast-paced project environments. To be successful for this role you will demonstrate and possess:

- Over years 2 Accounts Receivable experience
- High attention to detail and accurate data entry
- Strong and effective communication skills
- Intermediate to advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to meet collection and cash targets
- Ability to work independently
